• Virtual Events: For online services, the client is responsible for providing a stable internet connection.
• Behavior Policy: Any inappropriate or unsafe behavior towards our staff will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

4. Liability

• Indemnity: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless North Pole Party and its staff from any claims or damages arising from the event.
• Limitations of Liability: We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your event.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, videos, and materials obtained or created during the service can be freely used by the client and their guests for personal purposes. However, any use for commercial purposes requires prior written consent from North Pole Party.
• All content, images, videos, and materials created by North Pole Party or from the website northpoleparty.com remain our property. You may not use or reproduce them without our written consent.
